A dresser built the way furniture used to be built — solid oak, graduated drawer depths, and a hidden top drawer that most people don't notice until you show them.

This is a handcrafted five-drawer dresser made to order in my Meredosia, Illinois shop. At 150 pounds of solid hardwood, it's not going anywhere. Neither is it going out of style.

Graduated drawer depths from top to bottom:
Hidden top drawer: 2.5" deep × 33.5" wide
2nd drawer: 3.5" deep × 33.5" wide
3rd drawer: 4.5" deep × 33.5" wide
4th drawer: 5.5" deep × 33.5" wide
Bottom drawer: 6.5" deep × 33.5" wide
Deeper drawers at the bottom mean heavier items — folded jeans, sweaters, extra bedding — stay where they belong
Fully customizable:

Wood species — solid oak is standard; walnut, cherry, pine, and other hardwoods available
Dimensions — taller, wider, or deeper to fit your space
Finish — natural, stained, painted, or distressed
Hardware — knobs and pulls in your preferred style
